Return Policy:
We hope you love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new, unworn, unaltered, unused, or damaged with tags. The return must be postmarked within 10 days (including weekends and holidays) of having received the order. No refunds will be given. The online store credit expires 3 months from the date issued.
To start a return, you MUST contact us at tropicallaneboutique@gmail.com. Once we provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number, you are able to continue the return process.
Items sent to us without previous approval will not be accepted. There will be a shipping fee to return packages not accepted for return/exchange.
Please ensure to include in the return:
- The item to be returned (new, unworn, unaltered, unused, or damaged with tags)
- Return Merchandise Arborization number
- Receipt of Purchase
All returns should be shipped with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping company to place a claim when packages are lost.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to get the item to us at their own cost. All items must be postmarked within 10 days of having received the order to be eligible for exchange.
Once we receive your item, please allow 3 business days to process your exchange. You will receive an online store credit to the email on file to use when placing your order.
Shipping fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit.

Final Sales Items:
It is the customers responsibility to read the description of the clothing label/ invoice and check the return policy for verification the item is not a FINAL SALE ITEM.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
